Printing Terms & Cancellation Policy

At TrendMahol, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized products tailored to each customer’s unique needs. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, it is crucial to understand the following terms regarding our printing and cancellation policies.

1. Printing Process & Order Timelines

Once an order is placed, our printing process begins within 3 hours. This quick turnaround ensures timely delivery but also limits the window for modifications or cancellations.

  • Order Modifications: Modifications to your order (such as design or image changes) must be requested within the first hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. A modification fee may apply if changes are requested between the 1-hour and 3-hour window.
  • Non-Modifiable Orders: After the initial 3-hour window, no modifications can be accepted, and the order will proceed as originally placed.
2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, cancellations are only permitted within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order enters the printing phase, making it non-cancellable.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once printing begins after the 3-hour period, the product is in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded. As customized products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold, which means we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations after this time.
3. Image Quality & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution images suitable for printing. We recommend using images with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher for the best results.

  • Color Accuracy: Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings such as brightness, contrast, and resolution. By placing an order, you agree to accept minor color differences between the digital preview and the final product.
4. Return & Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are only available for damaged or defective products. To initiate a return or refund, customers must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must submit a clear, unbroken video of the unboxing process to validate claims of damage or defects. This video should start from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Valid reasons for return or replacement include:

  • Item received is physically damaged.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
  • Product is different from what was ordered.
  • Product is defective or non-functional.

Return requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

  • No Refund for Dislike or Wrong Orders: Refunds or returns will not be accepted for wrong product choices (e.g., wrong color, size) or personal dislikes of the final product design.
5. Shipping & Address Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If you provide incorrect address details or fail to receive the package after multiple attempts by the courier, the item will be returned to our warehouse as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Reshipping Fee: If an RTO occurs, reshipping will only be arranged after the customer provides a valid address and pays the reshipping fee. Refunds will not be provided for RTO cases.
  • No Refund for RTO: As customized products cannot be resold, refunds will not be processed for items returned to origin due to delivery failure.
6. Missing Image for Customized Products

If you place an order for a customized product (e.g., customized phone cover) but fail to upload the required image, we will notify you via email. If you do not provide the image within 7 days, we will proceed with the order without the customization, and no refund will be issued for that particular product.

7. Bulk Orders & Deposits

For bulk or large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required. If the customer cancels the order after production has begun, the deposit will not be refunded to cover costs already incurred.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks are not accepted due to the customized nature of the products. Customers are responsible for providing clear evidence of damage or defects (via an unboxing video) for any disputes. Chargebacks or disputes related to personal dissatisfaction with the product design or color differences will not be honored.

9. Liability for Delayed Shipments

We work with third-party shipping providers to deliver your products. TrendMahol is not liable for any delays caused by courier services. While we will assist in tracking orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays once the product is dispatched.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrendMahol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the customization, use, or delivery of the products. Our liability is limited solely to the cost of the product in cases of verified damage or defects.
