Shipping Policy
TrendMahol delivers to cities across India. Typically, customers receive their personalized products within 7-10 business days. For any queries related to delivery times for your specific location, feel free to contact us at help@trendmahol.com.
Please note, if your order is subject to any import duties or taxes, these charges will be borne by the customer.
Once your order is shipped, it will be sent to the address provided at the time of checkout. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts by the courier service, the order will be returned to our warehouse. TrendMahol does not process refunds for RTO (Return to Origin) orders. However, we offer the option to re-ship your order after confirming your updated address and contact details.
Returns & Replacements
At TrendMahol, we strive to deliver high-quality, personalized products. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a replacement guarantee. Please contact us at help@trendmahol.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a replacement.
Important Guidelines for Returns:
- Replacement/Refunds are only applicable if the item is damaged, has missing parts, or is not as described.
- To process a replacement, you must provide a video of the unboxing that clearly shows the damage or defect. No claims will be accepted without this proof.
- If approved, we will share our shipping address for the return, and a replacement will be dispatched once we receive the item back.
- We do not offer exchanges if the customer orders the wrong item.
- Please note that color variations due to monitor settings (brightness, contrast, etc.) are not considered defects, and returns/exchanges are not processed for such issues.
Conditions for Replacement or Refund:
To be eligible for a free replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be physically damaged (evidence via unboxing video required).
- The product has missing parts or accessories (evidence via unboxing video required).
- The product is different from the description on our website.
- The product is defective or not functioning properly (evidence via unboxing video required).
You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a replacement or refund. If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 working hours.
